The National Decommissioning Centre (NDC) is a partnership between the Net Zero Technology Centre (NZTC) and the University of Aberdeen.

The NDC is delivering research and development projects to target key decommissioning challenges. Working directly with leading academics and subject matter experts across a range of disciplines, the NDC provides access to the latest world-class research, and insights across key areas that impact decommissioning.

The NDC is engaged with different industries, such as oil and gas, nuclear and offshore wind, sharing lessons learned and helping to build and maintain the UK as a centre of global excellence in decommissioning and the energy transition.
