Presentation title:

Vision technologies to increase efficiency in positioning and measurement during construction activities

Abstract:

For accurate positioning or attitude measurements subsea typically acoustic and/or fibre optic gyro equipment is used. This equipment is relatively costly & involves time-consuming calibration procedures. Fugro has developed 2 subsea positioning & measurement systems that use low cost sensors & can be used operationally within minutes. We introduce to you our QuickVision and cBlue® solutions.
